Small asks

Hourly from $75. Most quick consultations and smaller tasks land between $150 and $300.

Projects

Web builds, automation, and analytics projects typically run $500 to $1,500. I'll give you a clear quote after a short conversation.

During the day, I work at Nike on identity and security engineering. On the side, I take on IT projects for people and small businesses in the Portland area.

Before Nike, I was a Security Risk Engineer at Netflix, where I built Python automation for security monitoring and risk analytics. Before that, I spent three years at Deloitte, where I worked as a cybersecurity consultant for large corporations across the tech, financial, and energy industries.

With experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, data science, and cloud infrastructure, I'm comfortable building a web scraper, training a regression model, locking down an AWS environment, or just getting your new laptop set up the right way. I have earned AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Developer, and CompTIA Security+ certifications. You can see some of my personal projects in my portfolio.

Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy spending time with my nieces and nephew, trying new restaurants, running, cooking, and skiing.

I'm available evenings and weekends, so we work on your schedule, not mine. Based in Portland Metro. On-site or remote, whatever makes sense.
